Our Pricing Policy
Our pricing policy is very simple. The more hours you purchase at the same time, the less expensive each hour becomes. Our standard price is $15 per hour. However, as noted in the chart above, the more hours you purchase at the same time, the lower the price per hour becomes. PLEASE NOTE: All Classes are priced at $15 per hour and the Discounts appear in the Shopping Cart.
For example, 4 hours is $49, 8 hours is $89, 12 hours is $119, and 24 hours is $199. If you purchase more than 25 hours in the same transaction, the price is simply $8 per hour multiplied by the number of hours you purchase.
Please note that these discounts only apply to all hours purchased in one single transaction. If you decide to purchase 12 hours for $119 now, and then later decide to purchase another 12 hours, the price for the second 12 hours will also be $119. No retroactive discounts can or will be applied based on prior purchases.
Our Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND will be issued for any reason if the course has been completed and you have obtained your certificate of attendance.
Our refund policy works just like our pricing policy, but in reverse. If you don’t complete all of the hours you purchased, we will refund the difference between the price of the number of hours you actually completed and the price you paid.
For example, if you purchased 24 hours for $199, only completed 12 hours, and then asked for a partial refund. The price for the 12 hours is $119. Your refund would be the price you paid of $199 for 24 hours, minus the price of the $119 price of the 12 hours you actually completed, leaving a refund of $80.
In the event you purchased a number of hours, and then ask for a partial refund, should you change your mind and decide to take those hours on which you received a refund, you will have to pay the regular price for those hours as a new transaction.
So using the above example, if you purchased 24 hours for $199, changed your mind and asked for a partial refund on 12 hours, you would receive a refund of $80. Should you change your mind and want to take those 12 hours after the refund has been issued, you will have to buy those 12 hours again for the price of $119.
Disclaimer: Let’s be honest. While most people would not have the gall to try to cheat their way into free CE hours relicensure, there’s always one person out there who thinks they can game the system and pull one over on us. It’s happened in the past. We’ve learned our lesson that it’s better to spell these things out up front than argue about it later.
